Trick or Treat

The Saturday before Halloween, we visited our friends' neighborhood to go Trick-or-Treating. They had the streets blocked off, lots of decorated houses and yards, fire trucks, police on horse-back, and even some Jello shots.

Jake and his friend Nate went as Nixon and Kerry:

Carolyn and her friend Ben went as a soldier and ??? Carolyn's costume was called Naughty and Nice. Someone handing out candy called her a dangel. Mary thought she might also be called an anvil. You decide.

Danny was a pirate. His mom actually wore that puffy shirt at one time in her life!!!

Lots of candy was given and received. And Jake and Nate also got in a hockey game and won 9-3. And the Red Sox won. It was a good night.
